•If you are not happy, for any reason, with your order, the first thing you must do is contact us.

•We will contact you with instructions as to where you are to return your handbags.

•You must return any products that you do not want within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for refund or return.

•You will send your unwanted goods via courier. This part of the procedure will come at your own expense. You MUST provide us with a tracking number for the returned goods or we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

You will be refunded in the same way as your initial payment was made (i.e. if you paid with your credit card your refund will be applied to it as well). It may take up to 7 days for us to process the return after we receive a tracking number from you. When you return unwanted handbags, you must make sure to include the following information:

•Your full name and the date that your order was placed or received (or both!)

•A list of the replica products (with item number, style) to be exchanged or refunded

•The reason as to why you are returning the products.
